Terms and Conditions for Scooter Rental
1. General Requirements
1.1. All renters must present a valid ID at the time of booking and rental.
1.2. A European Category B driving license is required for vehicles up to 125cc, while an International Driving Permit (IDP) is mandatory for non-European licenses.
1.3. Renters must be at least 18 years old.
2. Rental Period
2.1. Rentals are available on an hourly, daily, or multi-day basis.
2.2. The rental period begins at the time specified in the booking and ends when the scooter is returned to the designated location.
3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1. Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person at one of our rental locations.
3.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
3.3. Bookings made within 24 hours of the rental time are subject to the following conditions:
•If the renter does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be automatically canceled regardless of circumstances.
3.4. High-demand periods may result in limited availability, and punctuality is crucial.
4. Scooter Use
4.1. Renters are responsible for operating the scooter safely and in accordance with local traffic laws.
4.2. Helmets are mandatory and included in the rental price.
4.3. The renter must not use the scooter for racing, towing, or off-road activities.
5. Fuel Policy
5.1. Scooters are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
5.2. If the scooter is returned without a full tank, the cost of the fuel used will be charged to the renter.
6. Damage and Liability
6.1. Renters are fully responsible for any damage to the scooter or third-party property caused during the rental period.
6.2. A pre-authorization deposit may be required at the start of the rental to cover potential damages.
7. Late Returns
7.1. Scooters returned after the agreed rental period will incur additional charges.
7.2. If the scooter is returned more than 2 hours late without prior notice, the full-day rate may be applied.
8. Weather Policy
8.1. Rentals are subject to weather conditions. In the case of severe weather, we may allow rescheduling without penalty.
9. Responsibility and Insurance
9.1. Insurance is included in the rental price, with a total damage excess of €800.00.
9.2. Renters are responsible for ensuring the scooter is secured and parked safely when not in use.
10. Additional Notes
10.1. Automatic cancellation after 30 minutes of delay applies in all cases without exception.
10.2. High-demand periods may require flexibility in booking and return times.
10.3. The company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who fail to comply with these terms.
11. Deposit Policy
11.1. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit amount will vary depending on the scooter model.
11.2. The deposit will be refunded in full upon the scooter’s return in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
12. Theft and Loss
12.1. In the event of theft or total loss, the renter is covered by insurance.
12.2. The renter must report theft or loss to the local authorities and provide a copy of the police report.
13. Traffic Violations
13.1. Renters are responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
13.2. If a violation occurs, the renter agrees to cover the fine and any administrative fees associated with processing the infraction.
14. Emergency Assistance
14.1. In case of a breakdown or accident, renters should immediately contact the rental company using the provided emergency contact number.
14.2. The rental company will provide assistance, including towing or replacement of the scooter if necessary.
15. Additional Riders
15.1. Scooters may only be ridden by the renter or any additional riders specified in the rental agreement.
15.2. Additional riders must meet the same age and licensing requirements as the primary renter.
15.3 It is permitted to carry minor passengers, provided they are at least 5 years old.
16. Prohibited Use
16.1. Scooters must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, or transporting hazardous materials.
16.2. Scooters are not to be taken outside the designated rental area unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

1.Requisiti Generali
1.1. Tutti i noleggiatori devono presentare un documento d’identità valido al momento della prenotazione e del noleggio.
1.2. È richiesta patente di guida B Europea per veicoli fino a 125cc e Patente di Guida Internazionale obbligatoria per le patenti extraeuropee.
1.3. I noleggiatori devono avere almeno 18 anni.
2.Periodo di Noleggio
2.1. Il noleggio è disponibile su base oraria, giornaliera o per più giorni.
2.2. Il periodo di noleggio inizia all’orario specificato nella prenotazione e termina quando lo scooter viene restituito presso la sede designata.
3.Prenotazioni e Cancellazioni
3.1. Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate online, per telefono o di persona presso una delle nostre sedi di noleggio.
3.2. Le cancellazioni devono essere effettuate almeno 24 ore prima per evitare penalità.
3.3. Le prenotazioni effettuate entro 24 ore dall’orario di noleggio sono soggette alle seguenti condizioni:
• Se il noleggiatore non si presenta entro 30 minuti dall’orario previsto, la prenotazione sarà automaticamente annullata, indipendentemente dalle circostanze.
3.4. Durante i periodi di alta domanda, la disponibilità potrebbe essere limitata e la puntualità è fondamentale.
4.Uso dello Scooter
4.1. I noleggiatori sono responsabili di guidare lo scooter in sicurezza e nel rispetto delle leggi locali sul traffico.
4.2. Il casco è obbligatorio ed è incluso nel prezzo del noleggio.
4.3. Lo scooter non deve essere utilizzato per gare, traino o attività fuoristrada.
5.Politica del Carburante
5.1. Gli scooter vengono forniti con il serbatoio pieno e devono essere restituiti con il serbatoio pieno.
5.2. Se lo scooter viene restituito senza il pieno, il costo del carburante utilizzato sarà addebitato al noleggiatore.
6.Danni e Responsabilità
6.1. I noleggiatori sono pienamente responsabili per eventuali danni allo scooter o a proprietà di terzi causati durante il periodo di noleggio.
6.2. All’inizio del noleggio potrebbe essere richiesto un deposito pre-autorizzato per coprire eventuali danni.
7.Ritardi nella Restituzione
7.1. Gli scooter restituiti oltre il periodo di noleggio concordato comporteranno costi aggiuntivi.
7.2. Se lo scooter viene restituito con un ritardo superiore a 2 ore senza preavviso, potrebbe essere applicata la tariffa giornaliera intera.
8.Politica sulle Condizioni Meteorologiche
8.1. Il noleggio è soggetto alle condizioni meteorologiche. In caso di maltempo grave, potrebbe essere consentito il riprogrammare il noleggio senza penalità.
9.Responsabilità e Assicurazione
9.1. L’assicurazione è inclusa nel prezzo del noleggio, la franchigia danno totale è di €800,00
9.2. I noleggiatori sono responsabili di assicurarsi che lo scooter sia parcheggiato in sicurezza quando non in uso.
10.Note Aggiuntive
10.1. L’annullamento automatico dopo 30 minuti di ritardo si applica in tutti i casi senza eccezioni.
10.2. I periodi di alta domanda potrebbero richiedere flessibilità negli orari di prenotazione e restituzione.
10.3. La società si riserva il diritto di rifiutare il servizio a chiunque non rispetti i presenti termini.
11.Politica sul Deposito
11.1. Un deposito cauzionale potrebbe essere richiesto al momento del noleggio. L’importo varia a seconda del modello di scooter.
11.2. Il deposito sarà interamente rimborsato alla restituzione dello scooter nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato noleggiato, esclusa l’usura normale.
12.Furto e Smarrimento
12.1. In caso di furto o perdita totale, il noleggiatore è coperto dall’assicurazione.
12.2. Il noleggiatore deve denunciare il furto o la perdita alle autorità locali e fornire una copia del verbale della polizia.
13.Violazioni del Codice della Strada
13.1. I noleggiatori sono responsabili per eventuali violazioni del codice della strada, multe o sanzioni ricevute durante il periodo di noleggio.
13.2. In caso di violazione, il noleggiatore si impegna a coprire la multa e eventuali costi amministrativi associati all’elaborazione dell’infrazione.
14.Assistenza d’Emergenza
14.1. In caso di guasto o incidente, i noleggiatori devono contattare immediatamente la società di noleggio utilizzando il numero di emergenza fornito.
14.2. La società fornirà assistenza, inclusi traino o sostituzione dello scooter, se necessario.
15.Passeggeri Aggiuntivi
15.1. Gli scooter possono essere guidati solo dal noleggiatore o da eventuali passeggeri aggiuntivi specificati nell’accordo di noleggio.
15.2. I passeggeri aggiuntivi devono rispettare gli stessi requisiti di età e licenza del noleggiatore principale.
15.3. È consentito trasportare passeggeri minorenni, a condizione che abbiano compiuto almeno 5 anni di età.
16.Uso Vietato
16.1. Gli scooter non devono essere utilizzati per attività illegali, guida fuoristrada o trasporto di materiali pericolosi.
16.2. Gli scooter non devono essere portati al di fuori dell’area di noleggio designata, salvo diverso accordo scritto.
